Schweitzer is a ski resort in Idaho. It offers 2,900 skiable acres. Schweitzer's first chairlift opened to the public on December 4, 1963. The resort expanded to 2,900 acres in 2005 and officially became an Alterra Mountain Company destination on August 22, 2023. Selkirk Mountains destination with 2,900 acres, two bowls, extensive tree skiing, 32 kilometres of Nordic trails and views across Lake Pend Oreille.
