About Camden Snow Bowl
Camden Snow Bowl is a ski resort in Maine. It offers 1,000 feet of vertical drop, 15 marked runs. Volunteer work began in mid-1936 and the area opened that winter. A rope tow followed in 1938, the first chairlift in 1965 and the present A-frame lodge in 1968. Town-owned recreation area with ocean views, 15 ski trails, 11 glades, two terrain parks and a 400-foot wooden toboggan chute.
